Dr. R.K Singh (Founder & CEO)
Dr. R.K. Singh is a highly skilled joint replacement surgeon, renowned for his innovative surgical techniques and successful outcomes. With over 39 years of experience in the field of orthopedic surgery, he has performed more than 16,000 joint replacement surgeries. Dr. Singh is best known for his Zero Error technique of knee replacement, which is not only faster but also has a much higher success rate. The surgery time has been reduced to around 20-25 minutes, which is a revolution in surgical history.Dr. Singh has also performed more than 7,000 spinal surgeries, over 7,322 arthroscopic surgeries, and more than 15,980 fracture surgeries in his career. He started the first center in India for stem cell grafting and implantation for patients with paraplegia and quadriplegia in 2003. He is also a pioneer in intra-articular arthroscopic autologous stem cell implantation for early osteoarthritis and PRP therapy in various orthopedic conditions.

Dr. Minu Singh is a well-known Gynaecologist and Aesthetic Surgeon with extensive experience spanning over three decades. She holds an MBBS degree and an MS in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, along with a Fellowship in the Indian College of Maternal and Child Health (FICMCH) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Cosmetology and Dermatosurgery.Dr. Singh has also ventured into the pharmaceutical industry and is currently the Managing Director and Partner of Roman Pharma, a leading pharmaceutical company in India. Since 2014, she has also been managing Globus Hospital, Kanpur, a unit of Hospital Infotech Pvt. Ltd., as its Managing Director.
Mr. Sanjay Tandon(Director – Exports)
Mr. Sanjay Tandon is an experienced business executive with 40 years of diverse experience in export, marketing, international partnerships, and project management. Throughout his career, he has created and successfully run several businesses, including Essential oils and stock exchange (taking companies to IPO, etc.), Mr. Tandon’s extensive knowledge and expertise in these areas have helped him achieve great success in his ventures, and his ability to identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities has made him a highly respected figure in the industry.
